agreed with you/all of the above. Similarly, it's nice to see the mentors come in and equally care about and help the contestants. I dont think any of them seem to be going through the steps, they all seem to find some way to give their advice to the contestants (and in only a 1 minute clip!).

Agreed with all of the above- I didn't even connect it until reading the comments, but had a similar thing happen. It wasn't cancer, but my senior year at college my dad went in to a bit of a depression - enough that some of his coworkers said he wasn't making any sense and he had to take some time off from work.…
