Maybe the talking to the camera thing on Modern Family is actually a representation of them thinking. Because it doesn't quite move right in time with what's happening. Like when Claire was talking about her lunch with Minnie's character…Hmmm….

The "Clutch" ref was absolutely epic…I had to pause the DVR because I wasn't sure if they really went with it and I was laughing too hard to pay attention.

Might be over thinking this…it's a B level sitcom with A level potential… remember that they're still feeling their way…and The Office is borderline Shark Jumping at this point…

Friday the 13th for the NES has to be in the mix somewhere…and any game ever for the Atari Jaguar. (The what?) You know…you know…

Or being really awesome while owning a brewery/insane asylum with Bob and Doug McKenzie…that sure helped me hand him a lifetime pass.

Nobody had high hopes for this show…I thought the premise would be unsustainably thin…like an Olson twin. But…they've pulled together a pretty damn fine show. It has a legit depth…(as opposed to an unnecessary Olson twin joke) and I like the characters. Not to mention the pacing is amazing…there are still tons of…
