I think the episode was a little better than the grade suggests. Yes, mythology was completely ignored, but it was well made, and it still had some character analysis that was interesting to say the least. It's a B-
It's the best procedural in years. Which is both faint praise, and a call to lower your expectations. There's very little mythology so far, but if anything you might want to check it out, since Sherlock ain't coming back until 2045 or something.
