Here I go:
-Aerial photography in films that take place before the invention of the airplane. Especially in Westerns.
-Zooms in films made between 1967 and 1979. Robert Altman gets a pass on that one, though.
-And the big one…Dutch Angles. Lazy lazy lazy. If you're not a German cinematographer who escaped the Third

It would make your brain hurt how much ADR is used. Pretty much the vast majority of outdoor location scenes are looped. Usually pretty well. The worst is the end of "Jurassic Park" when Sam Neill and Richard Attenborough are talking 20 feet from a fucking HELICOPTER ABOUT TO TAKE OFF.  I hate that one.
