The Unicorns are the only band I remember really resonating amongst a sea of indie noise during Chicago's Sunday night local alternative radio show.
They're like TMBG in the sense that they blur the line between novelty and sincerity. They're a lillypad for the up-and-coming music hobbyists, and a safe, pillowy womb for timid nerds.
Heavy (Pt.2?) is an excellent song.
