Thanks for the reminder - I have a back catalogue of Randy Travis to catch up with!

Thank you, Nathan Rabin. I feel a lot better about having loved ICP in high school.
Saw Chris and co. last year at the 9:30 Club and they were amazing. Very friendly, funny as hell, and patient (especially with my friend who took entirely too long to ask a question). I'm so happy to see the Nerdist empire grow - I've been listening since the early episodes and it keeps getting better.
Consider my jimmies rustled.
Retch Dude and Slobber Girl?
If you haven't already, you should see Young Adult. Patton Oswalt kinda keeps that tradition alive.
My Stretch Armstrong was purple inside.
We all know the hardcore band Stretch Armstrong will have to make the theme song. Nothing gets the kids jazzed up for toy franchise movies like hardcore music.
I've decided to come to any Stephen King film/TV adaptation with no preconceptions. It could be great or terrible, but I'm just not getting my hopes up in any direction.
Sounds like Asylum Films' take on The Fly.
I'll always go to bat for Pet Sematary. It's actually kinda scary and you get Fred Gwynne going, "Christ on His throne, no!"
Excellent. She's so amazing at that quiet, delicate sound. I was worried the chorus-like moments were going to blow up into a big Florence + the Machine thing but Apple doesn't go for convention.
Once was enough for me. I had no tolerance for that movie at all. Too bad - Gaiman deserves more adaptations.
I love how this is Baelish's idea of a peace offering. Even in his concessions he's a complete dolt and almost certainly a sociopath. "Here are your husband's bones that I'm obviously using as a last-minute gambit after you refused to speak with me. Can we be friends again?"
Clearly you missed out on
The Garbage Picking Field Goal Kicking Philadelphia Phenomenon.
I think Jones would've elevated the franchise. And not shoot everything all shaky-cam style and abuse the hell out of extreme closeups. Good luck to the Elephant guy!
The guy who plays Tigger voices a few characters in Skyrim. It's pretty hilarious when you walk past a Nord in Whiterun who suddenly shouts spouts off a tangent in his voice. You expect him to go "HOO HOOO HOOO HOOOOO" at the end of his speech.
I think Mogwai's the loudest show I've been to. My rib cage started to rattle and it was really hard to breathe. Can't wait to see them again in a month!
@avclub-ee188463935a061dee6df8bf449cb882:disqus that's a great Spaceballs moment.
