Lights and display contest?!? Oh no! My own dog, gone commercial; I can't stand it!

I think it was this year when Patton Oswalt did that "fake deleted tweets" thing on twitter that led to a legion of dudes with South Park avatars telling him "Heck yeah, man, stick it to those sensitive SJWs!" Plus, the requisite closing of ranks from other comedians ranting against "censorship" (see also Tosh). Both…
I can't say it's wong though.

Ugh, yeah. Every time they show a CGI shot of it turning around or taking off or turning invisible, all I can think of is how those two seconds are costing money that could have been spent on anything else.
I think HIMYM will suffer more than Seinfeld from the reaction to the finale. Nobody watches a Seinfeld episode with much interest in where they'll end up years later, but many HIMYM episodes have Bob Saget informing the viewer "And this all led up to that finale you hated!"
Season 7.
Cut off one show, two more shall take its time slot! Hail Hydra!

I highly recommend giving the first Jimmy Pardo episode of Go Bayside a listen. I never watched Saved By The Bell, but the podcast - and that episode in particular - is a delight.
That reeks of retroactively invented etymology. I reject this supposed meaning.
IU football fans deserve our respect for not being Notre Dame football fans. They also deserve our pity for the life they have chosen.
That's a good song!
I've watched every episode. I was just making a goof at the show's expense.
Bring in Defunct, Bring in Denoise.
I appreciated in the HIMYM episode Okay Awesome how the club scenes used a music-only soundtrack with subtitles for the characters' unheard shouting.
I think it probably helps that Veronica Mars is a detective show instead of an action show. Both Mac and Veronica were in the business of Getting Clues, which puts them on more equal footing than if Mac were shouting coordinates into Veronica's earpiece while she does all the running/driving/shooting her gun into the…
I was waiting for Chloe from 24 to get a mention. Her ascendance from background weirdo generator of office politics C-plots to most important non-Jack character on the show, while still serving the same basic expository Tech Support function, is an interesting trajectory.
On the other hand, I find it hard to blame anybody for not watching Agents of SHIELD.
