Yeah, Regular Show is awesome, especially when you realize that its humor is far more predicating on being batshit insane than on 80s references.

Oh yeah, I absolutely thinks he works best the way he's being used. He's an awesome addition to the show as a combination of Larry from Parks and Rec and a sort of meta-commentary on your superfluous shark-jump-type character addition.

The idea of Tants is so brilliantly outrageous that they managed to get way more mileage out of punning on it's name than they should have. Add in a Pops-centric episode that includes growth from Mordecai and Rigby and this was a legitimately great episode.

Thomas has been hilariously inconsequential this season, which is awesome.

Yeah, I feel like if you're in or near a college town, maybe the fact that Halloween fell on a Thursday is responsible for some of this stuff. It's so close to the weekend that you might as well schedule a couple more nights' worth of Halloween-themed parties to get drunk at. (As far as my own ambivalence towards

I can absolutely see where you're coming from with everything you say here. I'm a bit bothered by how quickly some people have claimed cultural superiority of the 90s (the "why can't they make shows like this anymore" is absolutely idiotic mindset). I guess for me my own "waves" of nostalgia largely consisted of me

Without spoiling any plot points, what do you think of post-Volume 2 Saga thus far?

In addition to weight, Cranston would have to gain a lot of height to play Holden. But yeah, Blood Meridian is fantastic.

So you're saying I shouldn't begin a paragraph stating the fifth point of an argument with "fivetastic"?

I was just about to ask WHERE'S FIREFLY?????, when I saw your comment, so thanks for that, Caipirinha. Also, I am way too attached to this 4 year old meme.

Is 90s nostalgia really that much more premature than 80s nostalgia? I seem to remember there already being quite a bit of 80s nostalgia a decade or so ago. And is it not conceivable that a good chunk of the anti-90s nostalgia rhetoric comes from people who either a) are predisposed to hate nostalgia in all its

I watched The Evil Dead for the first time on Halloween night (technically Friday morning, since it was after midnight). It was pretty good, and legitimately pretty damn creepy for how low budget it was.

I was thinking the same thing. I really hope these guys stick around. They're played by such amusingly terrible actors which only made them even more blatant exposition machines. They should show up at least once an episode and make terrible puns without changing their tone of voice at all to indicate that they're

I'm just annoyed at the way that last season she was determined to do whatever it took to regain her powers and suddenly her disbelief at what she has to do is being mined for comic relief. The tonal dissonance there is really annoying.

I wasn't so bothered by the lack of realism in that particular Adalind scene, because, well, it's magic, and, more importantly, it was no more cheesy than any other aspect of the Adalind plot at this point in time.

Ha! It's from Adventure Time and it's a mudscamp (I'd forgotten what it was called until you asked). You can see the one that I made into my avatar a little after 1:20 in this video. http://www.youtube.com/watc…

We did! I forgot to mention that our AHL team signed DiPietro. Because when every single one of your goalies is succumbing to bizarre freak injuries, there's no sounder course of action than signing that paragon of stability that is Rick DiPietro.

I'm just assuming that it's a couple of asshole trolls with nothing better to do than downvote, but all the same, it's really disheartening to run across completely innocent posts that have 0 upvotes and 2 downvotes.
