um… glitch in the matrix and all that, so one more time:-

i don't know much about football, didn't watch the movie, yet really liked the soundtrack. all i knew going into the show was that they used pretty much the same music.

yeah, the acting is uniformly good. the barbeque grill scene really was great, with Coach taking it out on the grill and Matt's pause before that.

i watched when DirecTV was showing it. did AVC manage to recover the posts from those runs or are they gone for good ?

you must have loved dinosaurs when you were younger. though i do agree, Mastodon is such a brilliant metal band name i can't believe no one used it before.

The Unit
glad to see the unit in the list. i like that even though it may have an overall story arc, it doesn't bang it home every week and instead bounces around though this tends to leave the timeline a bit out of whack.

agreed. transporter 3's setpieces were easier to stomach than that of transporter 2.

i totally buy B. Val's argument. Lost's showrunners had a set story but in order to tell it (on network tv) they had to stretch it out.

the show grows on you as you watch it, but yeah, you should definitely watch it.

PPG is really timeless. ranks as one of the best cartoons ever.

Hank's turn as suprise! advisor to Michael was a nice bit coz he had good arguments for both choices (liked the shot of Stanley when Hank mentioned lack of good lumbar support as if to say, I coulda told you that) but in the end didn't make any decision, which was what Michael wanted so as to absolve himslef.
