When Nick said, "It's Portland," at the end, I said, "Preach!" I'm sure you can't go a block without bumping into a Wesen.

All in all, I enjoyed this version of (Disney's) The Little Mermaid. It was different from other modern adaptations of the mermaid tale, and while this version might have left the female characters with less power than they could have had, at least it kept things a little more interesting.
I kept waiting for someone to say the word "mermaid." Why? Because the beginning quotation obviously came from The Little Mermaid—as did the inspiration for the episode, what with the fish-girl who couldn't speak saving from the water the cute boy who was the object of her affectation even though doing so ran…
It's kinda weird that Jeopardy's Final Jeopardy question sometime this past week referred to Diana Nyad's name sounding appropriately like "naiad," a water nymph from Greek mythology.
Once again, the episode's title gives away the ending. Blood is thicker, indeed. :-)
Who is The Royal Concept?
I'm back to liking Tina for this episode since she spoke out about the Porta Potty. :-)
The "Blurred Lines" scene - NO! Just NO!
I really wanted Unique to be able to convey her feelings through "If I Were a Boy," but the longer that song went on, the more obvious it became that the only relevant part of it was the title.
Jeremy should still be able to ghost-translate as well, no?
I couldn't help but notice that Katherine was snacking on Let's chips, the same chips featured in a Community episode.
And to the caption, I have to say, "Alas, poor Mison. I knew him, Horatio."
"He's kind of being an idiot for some reason." Right! First and foremost, he needs to shut his mouth.
That's how I read the week situation.
Ah yes, the Sheinhardt Wig Company. They're forward thinkers. They knew orange would be the new black before everyone else did; that's why they put that dye in that river.
Brisco County forever! :-)
I loved everything about the balalaika plot. :-)
I did more than not miss Jeremy; I noticed his absence and was happy for it.
I know what this show needs: Michael Westen voiceovers…"As a spy, you're in the information business - stealing it, protecting it, and if you have to, destroying it. Some secrets are so dangerous that you can't allow them to continue to exist."
