I laughed when I realized we were supposed to know Rose's identity by her voice.  How many different characters on this show sound alike?  Are they all related?

Now that the Monarch is moving into his childhood home, I'm thinking that the show will pick up on that whole "Monarch and Rusty knew each other as kids" thing.

I loved how the purpleberry cartoon existed to appease the mob with something more educational for the children and we got lines like "It takes two colors to make a rainbow."  :-)

I interpreted the purpleberry cartoon as mostly Smurfs with a little Strawberry Shortcake or My Little Pony type of show thrown in for good measure.

I didn't think this episode was as good as Futurama usually is, but I thought it was better than a D.  I chuckled at the laugh-track joke, mostly because of Fry's "I'll say" followed by chuckles.  I liked how the "We'll be write back" and "We're back" messages got increasingly absurd.  The "Bring Back Sea Hunt" sign…
