Yep, I have very fond memories of this film. It was the first 'art film' my schoolchums and I went to. Uptil then it was all Tootsie and Dune and Lifeforce. But the allure of Japanese stuff, and naughty sexiness and, y'know, 'foreign artmovie' proved to be strong, and we all enjoyed it, as I recall.
