The morning run playlist — Favorites from 2000-2009:
Because postage is due,
You need a stamp or two…
I started running 10 years ago this summer to lose weight and now my morning runs (4-5 days per week) are routine and something I usually look forward to doing (except I still hate running in cold weather. I'll do it - sometimes - but I don't enjoy it when it's at or below freezing.)

Dave Grohl is the master of the 4-minute rock song and "Long Road to Ruin" is yet another example. Great melodic chorus.
Yes indeed. Was lucky to see them live back in 1991 on the "Building Empires" tour when they performed "Mindcrime" in its entirety. An all-time concert highlight for me.
Della Brown! — Was just listening to some "Empire" yesterday. "Resistance" being my song of the moment. Cannot believe how badly that band, once one of my favorites, fell apart (and finding out that Geoff Tate was a bully and a jerk).
Dyers Eve! — Has aged so well.
Met-ul Day
Reminds me of this classic:

Well, I did get my tickets today for the U2 concert in Dallas this May.
"He's standing right behind me, isn't he?"
First up, 22-episode series on U2 that automatically downloads to your DVR when you turn the TV on.
Hakuna matata indeed.
You will.
It can be two things. :)
Love Aldo Nova's "Fantasy." Heard it on XM just last night.
