Even though I hit a wall at about 2000 words, I do have Donnie thoughts.  I can buy that the show's taking after Alison in repressing just how bad that torture was (especially since it would be hard to dismiss it were the gender roles reversed), but Donnie taking it back and kicking everyone out of the intervention

It's been ambiguous enough that I just assumed they've been searching for a Sarah Manning all this time, but that's a fair point.

Didn't get a good look at the shoes, but I was half-expecting Sarah to totally bite it on the icy sidewalk.

LOVED all the sibling stuff in this episode. Always nice to see Felix and Sarah have a lighter moment, and Sarah and Alison's friendly teasing reads exactly like a sister vibe.

I had trouble with this, too. Cosima's smart and I could believe part of her interest in Delphine is seeing how far she can push the neolutionists, but from where I'm standing, leaving Delphine in her apartment long enough to go through her files, draw her own conclusions, call Leekie, and rat out the other clones was

Thank YOU for taking the reins this week! For the record, I agree that this episode balanced everything much better than last week's, and that Menacing Paul is (against all odds) much more interesting than Big Dick Paul. Also, everything about Alison, who is still just the greatest.

"Maybe the reviewer thinks it was a C+ compared to what we've come to expect so far."

I'm most disturbed by the nuzzling. NUZZLING!

I couldn't figure out why I was having such a fight with myself about this episode, and your comment's made me realize that I was overlooking the obvious. If I didn't have to review it, I probably would have liked this episode a B+ amount, but analyzing it totally made it unravel for me. It's why I'm glad I never had

In that instance, "we" was very much the royal we. Nothing against the show, I just haven't seen all that much of it!

If I ever write a book, the only blurb will be "unintentionally funny."

Definitely flagged Mrs. S calling Kira "a gift" in my notes. Also, her reluctance to tell Sarah anything about her childhood actually felt less like reluctance and more like wariness. I'm keeping my eye on Mrs. S.

I don't know how I avoided that term, but this was my first time hearing it. Minor retracted!

Expected? Nah. Just wanted.

I like the one where she nervously admits that the clone most like her is Alison.

Well played, sir and/or madam.

Thank you, and duly noted! I'm the first to admit my knowledge of guns is basically zero.

I mentioned it briefly in my discussion of the "diving into mythology" bit, because honestly, I'm wary of that development. My best guess now is that they're all part of the same religiously-motivated group that's mobilizing against the clones (that Maggie Chen may have been involved with), and my instinct say that

Ahh, you're totally right. Will correct, and do some self-reflection on why I automatically defaulted to footie pajamas.
