The batch of episodes we had in the fall didn't really deal with Amy and Rory leaving, only Angels Take Manhattan did.

yeah forgot this one.
Pyat Pree, Jory Cassel AND Rodrik Cassel.

We've had only standalones this series.

An episode set under the sea, with mentions of Martian Law.

Jaqen also did a SJA episode.

Salador Saan was in the Vampires of Venice
Gendry was in The Daughter's Daughter (don't blame you for forgetting that shitty episode)
Pycelle was in City of Death and The Crusade

…Monkey Tennis?

I find series 4 vastly superior to series 2 and 3, except for episode 2, which is merely on par with Series 2 and 3.

The "Silence Will Fall" is an important part of the Silence's backstory and motivation. Perfectly explained in TWoRS.
And the fact that a voice was heard saying it in the TARDIS just before it exploded sounds a lot like they did it and signed the act.

They're a recurring baddie.
We've had bit of teasing for an upcoming story, but they don't have to be involved all the friggin' time.

you mean the last time, right?
The first time he met her was in Silence in the Library.

Since Moffat took over, the show hasn't done lots of "Modern Day Londiff" stories, while RTD did about 3 stories like that every year.

Looked more like typical Hardy Boys expies to me.

Yeah, because Jonathan Pryce's most memorable film is the new GI Joe movie.

And I never noticed
His electric junk.
