Well, the point of Victory was to make the Daleks a threat that's not supposed to be extinct, which annoyed the hell out of me (and Moffat too) during the RTD era (which was crap Dalek-wise), so yep, they got out.

It was pretty great. I'd say best Dalek episode since "Dalek" hands down (well given that the best Dalek episode in between was the frankly mediocre "Victory of the Daleks", it's quite faint praise).
