"It's not a perfect show."
"It's not a perfect show."
Brienne and Jaime are undercover detectives on the hot rod circuit. NOW LET'S BURN RUBBER BABY
Anyone else a little sad this got a mildly positive review? I watched about 10 minutes last night and couldn't believe how awful and obviously staged it was. The fact that the table was on the verge of flipping over in every match was just the perfect metaphor for how nobody seems to have thought this through.
They're hicks, Rita.
You know if you had titled this "Band that was used for Game of Thrones Season 3 Trailer covers LCD Soundsystem" you'd got a lot more hits.
That's fair. I think these reviews would be much improved if you talked about the jokes, what worked and what didn't, and why. For example, how dumb is the concept of a song called "train on the water, boat on the tracks"? But the delivery here, launching into it seconds after Peter's explanation, was hysterical. …
"in the larger context of the show."
I figured it was just because Dads' runaway success will likely result in several Dads spin-offs needing sunday night slots to get them going.
I am commenting on this just so i'll get a notification in the hopes someone says what it is.
Has anyone else been suffering through ads for this at a Regal Theater? I love how they let you hear the crew laughing after the horrible song they sing, so you KNOW it's funny.
Best thing about this review is that there are 200 comments and the best rating is 1 Like currently.
Also, cold open next week:
I've often remarked to friends that the best thing about Suits was that they clearly had one (emphasize one) lawyer on the writing staff who would actually sneak in fairly accurate things about practicing law (this is faint praise, for example, even the show's accurate nomenclature over the use of the word "billables"…
SPOILER FOR ENDING
Come on, a guy exceptionally good at math getting a job in Silicon Valley? Get outta here.
Every episode this season:
"Rachel isn't going to Stanford. Come on."
If your #1 law school choice is Harvard (and it's a realistic shot), you're applying to Yale, Stanford, and Columbia.
Sounds like shit got real Armin Tanzarian in this episode.
Actually, even the Closed Captioning said "he got LITT up."
