Mad Men wins for me, but both shows have turned in their very best work to date, I think.

I really doubt that Peggy's gone. She's such a central, integral part to the show that I can't imagine that they'd just off her so casually. I mean, Christ, they kept Betty around for two more seasons than necessary, probably the next two also.
Because they're not prog? I mean, I guess you could make a case for "No Quarter", "Stairway", and "Achilles' Last Stand", but that's about it.

The only track from Selling England by the Pound that ever really clicked for was "Firth of Fifth", which is absolutely magnificent. That said, I do feel like I should revisit the album sometime; it's been a long time since I last listened to it.

I really don't like that album. Maiden at their most long-winded and doodly. Dance of Death and The Final Frontier are the only post-80s Maiden albums I like that much.

I mostly just like the title track, but, I dunno, it's a really good title track. It's an underrated album.

It's just an amazing scene in general.
