This pleases me. Game of Thrones has been nothing but great, but it still hasn't had an episode that's bowled me over this season.

I didn't really like the first season, but the second is a lot better. Even if a lot of it is still kinda silly.

I still find it interesting that so many people find Elephant better than this one.

I only half-watched it, but it was a fun half-watch.

Toronto has world-famous sundaes?

Shit, can't believe I forgot that one.

Any Prince scream, ever. "The Beautiful Ones" and "Darling Nikki" come to mind.

I hate to be the obvious guy here, but "Won't Get Fooled Again". Oh, and Judas Priest's "Victim of Changes".

And then you can hear Mick Jagger going "woo!" in the back when her voice cracks on "murder".

Yeah, thinking about it, those screams are actually very similar.

My favourite thing about that scream is how partway through it seems like it's changed into feedback, which would help explain how it could be some incredibly awesome, and then it impossibly changes back to what is definitely Mayfield's voice. God, this is a great song.

That "Angel of Death" scream is silly. But then, I love the song, so it can't be that silly.

For some reason, I thought I was on the the page for the Santigold review and I was very confused by this.

Well, it's not that its uniqueness is the only thing it has going for it. "I've Seen Footage" is, in fact, a great pop song once you accept the "weirdness" of it. "Get Got", "System Blower", "Hacker", all have great hooks and production. That's not to say that I know for sure this will be one of my favourites by the

Might be the best album I've heard so far this year (Spirutualized comes close though, and that Burial EP is better than either of them). This sounds like nothing I've ever heard before. "I've Seen Footage" is a fantastic track.

Roger GETS a blowjob. Big difference.

honestly i'm a little fucking sick of seeing this quoted for the past week

Classic coverage, VDW mentioned it a few days ago.

Well, clearly there needs to be an entire episode revolving around SCDP on LSD now.

On that note, The A.V. Club's lack of recognition for his Kindred EP is saddening. Honestly one of the best EPs I've ever heard. (Also, Untrue is a modern classic in my eyes.)
