Bad accents are certainly more forgivable than bad geography (or bad history, but I digress). It's understandable that many people these days move around and so do not have accents appropriate to the region where they live. That said, it's a little odd not to hear a single recognizable boston accent in a group of

Yeah, the show now has two of the exact same character. That has to mean the show will be killing one off soon. My guess is it will be the one involved with Noah Wyle's son, so that the son can go off all half-cocked to get some revenge and Noah Wyle will have to hold him back and yell "YOU'RE MY SON!" a few times

Regardless of the reason, a bipedal design is a terribly unstable design for a war machine. Why on earth would someone want to build a technologically advanced super-tank capable of tripping and falling over? The aliens may be advanced (and I tend to agree with the "bi-pedal master race" theory advanced above), but

I 2nd sarCCastro… "Spoilers" "No Spoilers" most clearly articulates the point of splitting articles.

@ Miller… Oh, snap.

In the criminal justice system, fish are represented by two separate yet equally important groups: the cartilaginous fish who investigate crime and the agnathan fish who prosecute the offenders. These are their stories.

I don't know if anyone has said this yet, but I'd like the TV page to have a day-by-day schedule like it used to have. I found it really helpful to see what reviews would be coming out in the next day or two so that I could keep up with what shows I might need to watch.

Is this the rare instance of failed 900thies?

It's easier to ask for forgiveness than permission…. and it's easier to ask for forgiveness when you just pulled something off that is amazing and makes you look like the best pilots in the galaxy than it is to ask for forgiveness when your plan doesn't work and your buddy ends up dead.

Babylon 5
Because I'm okay with admitting how nerdy I am, I'll admit that the first four seasons of Babylon 5 make for some compelling, if often frustrating, television, and the serialized nature of the long story arcs were in a lot of ways way ahead of their time (though the CG effects were too primitive to stand up

WildWildWes FTW.

I sort of wish this series really were a historical drama centered around Schuyler Colfax… I always thought the Credit Mobilier scandal would make for compelling television.

Perhaps someone more observant than I (or who hasn't already deleted the pilot from their TiVo) can answer me this - When she was running through the forest, was she covered in blood? I seem to remember her sweater being found covered in blood, but didn't remember her being particularly bloodied when she was running

I thought it took a little longer that 5 minutes before her love for yet another stranger proved to be a total failure.

Failing in love.
"Troi…failing in love with yet another stranger within five minutes of meeting him"

I thought the book burning scene was effective in that it's exactly the kind of showy, self-absorbed, ultimately inconsequential stunt that you'd expect Nicki to pull.

Bill as cult leader (he really already is, but I mean full-on cult leader) is what I've been hoping for since S1! Would have been a much darker show, but in many ways would have had the potential to be more rich.

I don't care what anyone says…
This was the best episode so far this season. I know that's not saying a lot, but there it is.

I agree with Benny, except the exact opposite of everything he said.

I'll concede that that's one of several possibilities.
