I bow to @avclub-3db41011acc2d229176bf6a92202728d:disqus because he once gifted me with a Shortsword of Reference +1 and I never thought I would be arguing D&D alignment on AV Club, I'm out of my depth. Lawful Neutral it is.

"A chaotic good character acts as his conscience directs him with little regard for what others expect of him. He makes his own way, but he's kind and benevolent. He believes in goodness and right but has little use for laws and regulations. He hates it when people try to intimidate others and tell them what to do. He

So… is PB good or bad? I think we've seen her mostly behave in a… chaotic good sort of way. She tries to help, but she makes up the rules for herself and others as she goes along, and she doesn't always make purely altruistic decisions.

I dunno. Personally I am in it for the excellent animation, the great voice work, and the engaging stories. (Though not every episode hits the target… I'm happy to skip the episode whenever I see the Cutie Mark Crusaders) I'm a big Tara Strong fan, she does great work.

1. Actually the creators themselves conceived the show to reach a wide demographic. People rag on bronies because there is a taboo that states that the worlds of adults and children must be kept separate. The idea that adults might watch a kids show makes some people uncomfortable.

Dude, @avclub-282ed9f430b01ee20bf3dc8c379bc782:disqus  that's an accent aigu.

Even though you can get pretty outlandish with the explanations, even sometimes moving into "a wizard did it" territory, the other Pixar movies at least TRY to explain the logic behind their worlds. (Toys are animated by the love of children btw, this is addressed in Toy Story 3, though jury's out as to why the Buzz

One of the reasons Pixar movies are great is because they have an internal logic and consistency. Toy Story, Monsters Inc… in these movies they take the time to explain the rules, so you can suspend disbelief and think that maybe, just maybe, your toys come to life when you're not around, or that your closet door is a

Shove a big 'ol melon in it, I'm talking!

Science is my raaaaaaarrrghhhh!

My wife and I have referred to being full after a big restaurant meal as being "Full of Chocolate" (Uter accent included) as long as we've been together.

A.V Club really needs to review Mathnet

Or the power of BitTorrent.

Or the power of BitTorrent.

Never seen Sportsnight but I definitely love him in Parenthood. He's just as good at playing a somewhat boring dad as he is at playing a man lost at sea. Him and Dax Shepard have a great brotherly chemistry.

*MAJOR SPOILERS* Which episode is it when he buries Lisa? I guess it was after "I'm Sorry, I'm Lost" (I'll never forget that episode or its title) But man, Peter Krause acted the fuck out of that scene. The screaming to the sky… man… I got somethin' in my eye.

No no, you've got PB all wrong. She's the Union Boss. The Union is a social experiment she's running.

A shame BMO deleted Finn's stuff, though I guess it was probably mostly crude Ice King animations.

This show has astonishing visuals, a unique ever-evolving soundtrack, a mytharc that's great fun to analyze, great humor, interesting characters, absolutely phenomenal voice work… it even plucks the heartstrings now and then. Adventure Time is everything cartoons were made to be and is one of the finest shows on
