When Pearl Jam played that free show in Seattle at Magnuson Park I was too square to skip class with my friends. I believe it was the same year my dad worked sound for Metallica at the Coliseum on the …Justice tour and he wouldn't take me to work. That same year I saw Kyuss open for FNM but had no idea who they were

As stated elsewhere in these pages, Nurse Betty could've been very dark.

Q: Which asses don't I enjoy?
A: None, Buttman!

Orange Juice
"Don't worry about it, I do it all the time. [knocks over glass] See?"

Seems that his/their whole approach—nowadays, anyway—is to just produce as much as possible without getting too bogged down in "is it worth it?" While that is an exciting way to work, it certainly doesn't make it easy for the casual enthusiast. As has been suggested elsewhere, a far more considerate (read:

"That's what they get for eating at Uno's," I thought, mistaking the riot for a line waiting to be seated.

I have never seen the Equalizer but I like Russell Crowe enough to watch this. And in my opinion he is capable of ownage, even in network TV hell.

Self-loathing boozehounds usually make for awesome TV.

You're referring to "Possum Kingdom," but it could almost be argued that every song on that that record (Rubberneck) was written from the perspective of a crazy person, most obviously "Tyler" about a stalker who breaks in to his victim's house, and the pyromaniac's mission statement "I Burn." Glad to see somebody

The Fall: "Breaking the Rules"
AC/DC: "Love Hungry Man"
Pink Floyd: "Young Lust"
Ministry: "Lava"

I like Africa. Can't say I know any other damn thing they've done and I feel sorry for them that their entire catalog gets judged by laymen based on one song.

One of them! One of them!

Well done, Kurt Vonnegut. Very nice.

Heaven Shall Burn
The vocals immediately threatened to spoil it but shit, this got awesome. That first bridge was heavy, boy. And you can actually pick out the bass!

Reminds me of…
Bulletproof, with "Sandler and Wayans." No, the other Wayans.
