On the plus side, good soundtrack…?
On the plus side, good soundtrack…?
I have a feeling this is going to go back and forth quite a bit.
That I completely agree with; I'm not interested in Ygritte dying but in how it affects Jon and influences him in the coming events.
Must be an expectation thing. I imagine (hope) on re-watch, most will find they like it more; problem is, everyone was expecting a certain, thrilling finale to this episode and it's throwing them for a loop.
But both? DId it have to be both of them??
Dany, too. I guess I don't see the imbalance, considering there aren't many men left to cheer for either? (Jon, Tyrion, Bran, maybe Sam if you're into annoying whiny dudes?) I guess as a book reader I never placed Ygritte in the pantheon of key characters so I didn't see her death as all that significant.
I feel like they relied a bit too much on Sam/Gilly and Jon/Ygritte to carry the emotional weight.
Do women really care for Ygritte more than men? Weird. I was never into their romance.
Seriously, it's more of a spoiler when you tell me Sean Bean's character doesn't die.
That was Sally's TSN Turning Point.
There is definitely some Damon/Bonnie fanfic out there.
Dude, Bonnie and Enzo's chemistry was off the charts.
I love how all Bonnie's friends just see her as a means to an end. Like, absolutely zero concern for her well-being as she's basically dying to bring back Damon—DAMON OF ALL PEOPLE SERIOUSLY HE'S THE WORST ESPECIALLY TO BONNIE OMG—and only accusations. "What did you do, Bonnie!?" Um, saved all your asses, AGAIN?
Yeah, the way he views and treats women in his life bodes a bit ill for his daughter. Maybe he's a great dad (though… seeing your kid once a year…) but I'd bet on little Tammy having daddy issues .
Todd quoted Plath.
"The rich kid from Staten Island… The little one."
The Indian doctor?
I love how gradually Peter has turned into Max.
Fox is doing a truly remarkable job making diverse television. It was a conscious decision and though I doubt it was entirely altruistic I appreciate the outcome.
That's where I know her from! Treme!
