1) It's a good thing I'm not a existentially challenged succubus or her hot girlfriend, because if I had the nail, there would be a lot of physical comedy of me poking Nadia with it, poking Lauren with it, trying to use it as a compass needle, saying magic words to it, and generally just trying random

Agreed, except replacing a random syllable with "Fae" is not a pun, it's a Mad Lib.

Ziggy Stardust is IMHO the best Bowie album, followed by Hunky Dory, but I've probably listened to Pin Ups more than anything else.

It's only programmed for males because it didn't have room for the "Operate on Females" app AND Guy Pierce's mp3s, and he chose the mp3s.

Two theories, sorry if they've come up before:

1) Amon and Tarrlok have a Hitler-Stalin thing going.  They're both cooperating to push the benders and nonbenders into the other one's camp, respectively, and they're both planning to betray the other and come out on top.

I *LOVE* that this show started with an episode where Angel tried and failed to save a damsel in distress.   It never gave up on that essential darkness, and went out the same way it started.

Also, this ep has an astonishing number candidates for "best lines in the series."  My personal favorite is: "What, do you want

And yet when Garak says it, we all swoon.

The LG wiki claims Trick's bar is neutral ground for all the fae.   Still, it seems a little goofy to go halfway across town for a drink, neutral ground or not.

It was funny when George HW Bush and Lisa did the same thing, but that was just one scene.

The Super Cycle might be my favorite thing about the whole show.   I love that Superboy is developing this whole Kirby mythology around himself - it makes him feel like a character who has his own comic book someplace, rather than just one more supporting character.

When Abracadabra and the Weather Wizard are in your family's rogues' gallery, it's not 100% crazy to hypothesize that all magic is just advanced science.   This comes up once in a while with Mister Terrific, who insists on being an atheist even when a rogue angel is one of his teammates.
