Clothes On
Since this will be on network TV, it will obviously be the first Bello project in, I don't know, seemingly ever, that she doesn't get nekkid. Boo to that.

West Coast dates please!
Please! Please?

Gotta love any Predator-based humor. Although it wasn't as gloriously out of leftfield as the Owls of Gahoole-based humor on last week's 30 Rock.

On a related note, is Madonna gonna sue Lady Gaga for "Born This Way?" Because that shit basically is straight up "Express Yourself."

How about obscure Japanese rock band Buffalo Daughter playing during a screening of Buffalo '66?

Do you happen to have a big brown beaver, Dr. Robuttnik?

Yeah, yesterday was definitely the official Hipsters Creaming in Their Pants Day.

I love Mulholland Drive and have seen it many times, but I'm absolutely blanking on Billy Ray being in it. Maybe intentionally? Maybe I want to wipe any time I've ever laid eyes on him out of my memory? But anyhoo, someone jog my memory on what role he plays in the film.

Ironically, the highway the Atheists adopted here in LA - the 2 up through Eagle Rock/La Canada/La Crescenta - is actually the nicest highway in town. Never much litter or, even better, never much gridlock.

It's also the name of my new witch house band. Watch for us. 2011 is coming up all D&DL.

Who cares if Plaza is one note when she's that cute (her gams a couple of weeks ago in the bookstore skit…yowza!). And she gets her dry cleaning done at the same place in Los Feliz that my wife does, so sometimes I get to ogle her when she's picking/dropping off clothes. Not that I'm a stalker or anything. Absolutely

Agreed, because that's what hipster Ariel told me.

Quantity vs. Quality
Okay, not to again do something I just did in The Office forum—post a comment that is (desperately?) trying to start a conversation and comes admittedly very late in the game—but here goes. When I made the observation to my wife about Aziz Ansari not being that funny this season that I also made

Amy Ryan's Appearance
As a devotee of both The Office and In Treatment, I can't get over how different Amy Ryan looks on the shows. So I'm wondering what other people think: was she done up to look younger on In Treatment in order to set up a certain May/December tension with Paul's character, or is she made to look

Gabe's gotta drop an album. Hipsters all into "chillwave" would cream their pants over it.

I loved how "no homers" was uncomfortably close to "no homos."

Uh-huh-huh, uh-huh-huh
You said erect.

"The Weight"
It's my karaoke jam.
