as a recent homebuyer, Zillow is garbage. their listings are weeks, if not months, behind. I can't tell you how many houses we found on Zillow that were already sold when we tried to look at them.

I bought a flat HD antenna 2 years ago when I got sick of paying $140/month for Directv only to have Disney or Nickelodeon on constantly. we pick up somewhere in the vicinity of 16 broadcast stations. suck it, Directv.
