I think she's great on WWDTM. Maybe the funniest panelist. I'm barely familiar with her other work.

Borderlands, in Greenville, SC. Great comic shop and game shop, owner and employees are friendly and inviting, and they hold lots of special events, like early movie screenings, and they do a lot of charity and community work. A really great store.
I got my RPG start playing NES and SNES RPGs on emulators, and I'd always crank up the speed. Plaing those games at normal speed is almost impossible for me now unless they're really good (FFIII, Chrono Trigger, Dragon Warrior 4).
I've owned La-Mulana for a year but every time I try to play it, I get put off by what feel like floaty platforming. Is it just me? I was hoping for something with Meat Boy precision, or at least something like Metroid.
Complete agreement on the Freedom Planet thing.
Odd Thomas.
On paper it looks good. But… I know Mitt isn't popular here, but he had a sense of authority that Jeb! never managed to capture. He seemed like a grownup in the room, not just in his responses but in his demeanor. Jeb! didn't say a lot of ridiculous stuff in the debates, but there was no sense of power or strong…
No, that's true. He picked a little fire VERY late in his campaign but being a friendly fella doesn't win the race.
I don't think it should torpedo her campaign. But I also don't think it's nothing. It's a pretty huge lack of judgement/show of hubris, depending on your perspective. The Hilary supporters wanting to dismiss it would not feel that way if it had happened to a Republican. And they shouldn't.
That's exactly how Danold Duck was elected in '74.
I didn't want Jeb as president, but I think he was a viable candidate. I don't think Republicans (I am a Republican) wanted a viable candidate this year. They wanted a hellraiser and didn't care what kind of hell he raised.
It really demonstrates how much superhero comics can get into ruts where they don't take advantage of the amazing flexibility of the medium. Sometimes that works well for dramatic effect but I like my superhero books to have real stakes AND be funny.
Yeah, this looks like a blast. I couldn't get into the initial A-Force issues but I might give it another shot.
I guess that doesn't seem like a huge issue to me. I know it would piss off the network but is Trump rally bringing so many viewers to Kimmel and Colbert that they'll die without him?
Or raking Leno over the coals. Colbert was pretty soft too although he did at least mention some of Trump's awful statements. Still, soft-shoeing it.
Me!
I know that talk show hosts aren't really going to be jumping all over Trump. But I'd like to see an interview that didn't come off so supportive. There are SO MANY things you can ask Trump about. Take advantage of it—don't waste it joking around and making it sound like he's your buddy.
That's like saying Steve Rogers has been known to be Hydra!
I knew the latter—I'm way behind on my Marvel reading, so I didn't realize the X-Skull thing was old hat.
Are you watching them on DVD or are they streaming somewhere?
