I think the 2010 season cemented the idea of "next man up" as a realistic possibility, rather than a meaningless mantra. We've seen a season actually play out that way, while achieving the ultimate goal.

It definitely has some classic Noir influences. Which is never a bad thing in my book
Whatever she is doing in this movie, it works just fine for me
They just look like they have to work so hard for every damn yard. I used to get excited when I saw Aaron throw a bomb downfield. Now I know, the best I can hope for is a pass interference call. Its just miserable to watch
The problem is that Thompson's replacement in waiting is going to be internal. Eliot Wolf seems to be everyones guess. When you promote internally the way the Packers always do, you dont get any new ideas. I'm not convinced much will change
Yeah. I recall some comebacks here and there. I would agree that the strength of this offense for years has been its ability to get out to a quick lead. But they always take their foot off the gas. Too scared of making a mistake. As a result they never win by comfortable margins. I think the Seattle NFC championship…
Is there video? no? Eh. Who's to say she didn't beat herself?
I think at some point 3 or 4 games ago. I heard the statistic that he had the most time per play to throw of any QB in the league, and the fewest yards per play.
Ive never understood why Thompson seems to put zero value in speed. Hasn't he ever played madden?? Its the one attribute you can't improve!
Probably the only win left on the schedule
Welcome to the actual NFL. Many of our teams miss on 1st round picks constantly. I dont see any problems reflected in your team's W/L record. Enjoy it
It must be exhausting being so outraged all the time. If only the Patriots could catch a break! What, did you lose one game out of all this? Everyone still agrees Brady is the best QB of all time. His legacy is safe. And you aren't going to miss that draft pick. Take a deep breath. Life is too short to spend angry at…
Two things
And dont even get him started on Turduckens
Ok, but its still in the officials hands to make the adjustment
Yeah. The receivers are running some bad routes. But a lot of times they are option routes, and the receiver and Aaron just aren't reading it the same way. Thats a chemistry problem. If you aren't on the same page by this point in the season, I just dont know what can be done
They suck. And it makes me quite sad. They need some new ideas in that building. You can't let the league pass you by because you had success doing one thing for a while
Thats clearly a ridiculous theory. I can't tell if you are actually giving it credit here. He said he likes them pumped up as much as possible before inspection. Then the officials take out the appropriate amount to get them to within guidelines. There is no reason to think that has changed at all
He actually does quite a bit of receiver blaming these days. Which is unfortunate, because I really like the guy. But I'm sick of watching him throw his hands up and make a big display when he feels the receiver wasn't where he wanted him to be.
I've always wondered this, too. I was a young fan in the 90s, without a great understanding of what was happening. He was just a symbol of the game to me
