X-Mas almost literally doesn't exist for me at all, except when a live show of Los Straitjackets and the World Famous Pontani Sisters sneaks in. Los Straitjackets are an NPR favorite, I don't mind when their X-Mas singles pop up in the bumpers (live, even, a week or two ago, though I missed it).

How many Millennials didn't get that joke? That one's getting old for Gen X'ers, even.

I referred to him as T-Dawg Mk II elsewhere. Yours flows off the tongue a bit better, though.

Most of those pictures he looks pretty normal, walking around talking on his cell phone. Anyone looks drunk when the camera catches them eyes half-closed with a dopey smile.

Al Madrigal has an odd sensibility that works great in certain situations, less so in the straight-up anodyne correspondent roles. I like him a lot — at worst he's meh, seldom actually awful; at best pretty damn good.

She also didn't really respond one way or the other. After she didn't appear there again I realized she'd been cut loose by the time I talked to her and she was

I'd heard that his podcast was good a while back and subscribed to it and was downloading them each week, but haven't have time to start listening to them. I deleted them all a few weeks ago; what I see of him is just too insufferable.
