It's true, but he's been a pretty despicable character from the first episode on. I don't watch it for Don(especially the hackneyed flashbacks) anymore. I watch it for Peggy, Joan, Sally and Roger(who is also certainly despicable, but charming and funny as fuck).

Normal me thinks this thread is OK.

Even if he were, it makes sense that Joan would be the one to turn him.

NO. It was embarrassing and unfunny the whole way through. (Though, maybe just watch the episode with Brie Larson, cuz she made the underwritten character delightful.)

yup. welcome to the 20th century, pal!

Anyone who knew someone that had read the books already knew something was coming. Plus, even people(like me) who had read the books found the scene shocking and overwhelming. Especially because they added stuff that was even worse than what happened in the book.

lolz….yeah, where are the Sugar Ray assassins?

No.

Lame.

PHILO FANSWORTH!!!!

Same here. I kinda put it on the proverbial shelf for a few months, then put it back in rotation last week and god DAMN if it isn't just a fucking perfect rock album.
