Why do the previous rankings only go up to 31?

Most classics are multicams, mainly because there was nothing else, and they prove that multicams can be funny and great but I still find it hard to believe that any show would work better as a multicam.

If the kid's only "punishment" is that kick, then it's practically no punishment at all.

I've only just heard about this and I'm inclined to take your side.  The kick was nothing and the ball boy was being a bitch.  My opinion would be different if the kick looked like it had real malice and strength to it, but from the video it really does look like he tried to poke the ball out.

Probably, but I'm not really talking about his looks.  Shatner basically acts 20-30 years younger than what is typical of people his age (decrepit).
