The difference in lighting is definitely apparent, but that wasn't really a negative for me.  I found Season 3 more visually pleasing than Season 1.  My impression (without actually performing a quantitative image analysis using fishsticks) is that it used a more highly varied and expressive color palette.

Well…I feel like the chances of cancellation here are incredibly high, so it probably won't matter in the long run.

Pretty good series finale.  I'm really glad the showrunners and NBC had the integrity not to continue and turn it into even hollower shell of itself than it was then.
