Because they're just straight up ignoring two of the most critically acclaimed and sonically interesting albums of the year. Lacking comprehension means getting to the high profile, high quality releases and letting the fucking Kid Rock album fall to the wayside, so why is it completely backwards here?

You know who else dropped good albums this year? Pusha T and Danny Brown. I wish the AV Club had some sort of "music section" where they review "rap albums" so we could talk about how good those two albums are.
