The Weeknd.

Jennifer Egan as the best writer right now? I can agree with the scale, but I don't know about best. Alice Munro and Richard Russo are still writing right now, and I like Egan myself too.

Wait, is this sarcasm……or something? Because if so, well done, and I'll be using "best writer of the Facebook generation" from now on.

Eh, I don't know. This one was ok. The plot was rehashed from early episodes, and the Roger stuff didn't work for me. I mean we can save the A's for some better episodes.

They've promoted this so hard on facebook, but Steve and the rest of the gang (they need a name) join a couple of other prepubescent boys in a all boy vocal group that is about 20+ strong. I thought it was the season opener, but I'm thinking this is just an early ep that they are really proud of.

Uggggggggggggggggh,

Yeah, man that editing was done nicely. Annie went with a contract signature, and Janette with the hand shake.

To be fair, I think this show is the reigning king of heavy handed, not-at-all subtle allusions and foreshadowing. The fat guys speech to Al was too much for me, and I really liked what they did, but it was obvious to the point where they were just shouting, "It's like what happened to his kid!"
