Damn!!!
"Office Feud" is one of my favorite episodes of Newsradio, and possibly my favorite of all of season 3 (at the very least it's right up there for me with "Rap" and even "Complaint Box").

Yup.
My favorite part of that bit is her repose of "What the hell is wrong with you?" She delivers it so perfectly it makes me laugh every time.
Because of the format, yeah, it fealt that way for me for a second too, but I knew McCartney's too big and important a guy to have his death solely covered in Buzzkills (no offense, Sean), so I knew it couldn't be him.
Here's for giving Lye a moent of loudness.
What's absurd is that Gilbert in the Luba in america stories starts giving all of them massive breasts, even characters that didn't have them before like Gaudelupe and Petra. And those that did have the had their get bigger and bigger. It's like he thinks women's breasts(at least in realtion to that family) just get…
Yeah, next time I have some free time and money I should give Jaime another chance. At the very least, read Death of Speedy, which I've heard all over the place is great, and go from there.
Beto goodies
I probably haven't given it enough of a shot, but Jaime's stories have always left me a little cold. I probably should try again, ignoring all that early stuff. I can't tell you how many times I've gotten lost in the "Mechanics" story. It's just so dull.
Yeah, that's all one episode. I know a lot of people dislike that episode, but I actually enjoy it. Not as good as most of season 4, but its got its moments. Especialys:
Larson took over for McFarlane on everything Spidey—first Amazing, and then just "Spider-Man." Which is why he also took over doing Venom after McFarlane, a character he HATED. So he gave him this huge tongue and stupid look, because he thought the character was stupid and just wanted to be rid of him. And that's…
I agree that it's pretty weird including Ware without any of the other luminaries of the indie world. Is Ware really a bigger superstar than Clowes? I actually really don't know, but the inclusion of one on a mainstream list and not the other (really, including either) just seems dumb. Will there be a seperate…
If it seems like for the other films it was faint praise, well, that's because the three "Polemic" films are three of my four least favorite Godard's of the period. (as for being general and unspecific, well, such is the problem with comment boards, eh? I've written a good handful of essays about Godard, but I felt my…
To speak to Karatloz's initial post—I would agree with Noel that these films are rather samey (at least the two I've seen—I've yet to see Made in USA. It's the only film of his from 1960-1967 I haven't seen), but I wouldn't say all of his work from 1964-1967 (basically post Band of Outsiders is I think what Noel…
Two additional moments I love so much it's a sin not to mention them:
Crap, number 8 is supposed to say which is the garbage disposal and which is the MAIL chute. At well.
They're all great. And made better by the build up. Really, it's all the little things, as Donna said, that make it so great. The fact that "You suck" and "You suck" are each their own cards, as are each of "You've got chocolate in my peanut butter," "You've got peanut butter in my chocolate" and "Put them together…
Best line in "Space":
Yeah, I also don't think he wanted to rule the world or anything, and was instead just fulfilling a dream. I mean, he'd be very powerful and feed on humans, but not an apocalypse-level problem. To whit:
