I'm just not sure what a magnet's useable field is. I'm pretty sure it's smaller than the diameter of the magnet, though. But maybe upping the amperage changes that? I actually want Mythbusters to test this really badly. I read that Vince Gilligan wants to do a BB special with them, too.
