Where is the Ring?!

More like Fapke Janssen, amirite?

Shit…Another Richie Sambora ad.

Are you from 1987?

Hallelujah!

The Russian gulags have lost their luster since the wall came down. Those North Korean gulags have a much better view of the mountains and the menu is to die for.

No thanks. I'll just have Baileys on top of M&M's.

Seven Samurai was my first set, actually. I saw it in high school Social Studies. It was the first foreign film I ever saw and has been my favorite film since. The set is just wonderful. An hour long making of, a two hour interview with Kurosawa, and a doc on samurai culture. Also, a booklet of essays. Total immersion.

Your evil twin does.

I bet the tatt on that guy's chest is a DFW quote. "And when he came to, he was flat on his back on the beach in the freezing sand…"

I just watched Cape Fear this weekend. It's amazing watching Cape Fear or NotH and then watching something like The Friends Of Eddie Coyle. He could play a violent maniac or sleepy schlub. He could play both extremes really well.

"Jo, you idiot!"

I really like the music it has themes more in line with a thiller than with science fiction. The ambassadors theme sounds like it is on the fritz and leaves me unbalanced. The music leading up to the launch is great as well.

Interesting. I really like it and have never heard anything but praise for it (maybe that's all I want to hear for it).
