She definitely shouldn't have trusted Mike

I know they're not going to pour over every minute of footage, but the contestants know that the footage is available so they can't lie. I also wouldn't be surprised if someone is sitting in front of a monitor reviewing the footage as it's being recorded, live.

I can't get past how much Jennifer looks and acts like Cutthroat Bitch from "House".

Can you really call it "honesty" when cameras are recording your every move? I'm not impressed with Mike's "honesty" at all.

That bugged me to. They all just had a self-important attitude when talking to those two, like Top Chef is the pinnacle of human achievement and to win Top Chef puts you in the company of great world leaders of humankind.

The extra 15 minutes
Left plenty of time for the brothers to say repeatedly that their sister was in the military so this was an honor. It also gave everyone else time to explain, over and over and over, what was going on in this competition.

The bias comment confused me too…he made it sound like they were biased because she put mussels on her dish…maybe. I don't know. He's a douche so it's hard for me to understand douchese sometimes.

Top Chef is the least Bravo show on Bravo (the most Bravo of course being the housewives). But still, TC producers can't help themselves sometimes and have to put guys like Mike on the show. Guys who were born to be protagonists on reality TV shows.

How obnoxious and whiny is Eve's voice? She sounds like an insolent 13-year-old.

Maura Tierney's character
Is really obnoxious.

Also there's too much repetition. Has there ever been a show in the history of reality TV that had this much expository dialogue? Every 5 minutes someone is re-explaining what is going on.

Gripes and grievances
Why do the Top Chef producers continue, year after year, to put their chefs in situations that they would NEVER EVER be in as chefs? They all run their own kitchens, some own their own restaurants. At no time in their current life do they suddenly have to prepare their entire menu outdoors in

I see a lot of movies and February is usually the worst month of the year for movies…so i guess this won't be that bad.

I don't understand
Movies that come out in February rarely do well around Oscar time because so much time passes. Does the move to February mean that in the Fall of 2010 they'll mount an Oscar campaign for a movie that came out in February? Why not just release it and not do a campaign? It's f'ing Martin Scorsese,

Love that they want to turn the bar into an old man bar
I wonder if any enterprising business owners have thought of doing this in or near hipster enclaves

Robin
I missed the beginning but how did she win the gold chip?

Is Bayless really that nice?
I've never heard anything about his behind the scenes behavior at his restaurants. Does he turn into a huge douche wants the dutch door to the kitchen swings close?

Karma's a bitch
This is the Gods of Film seeking revenge for the Weinsteins some how getting Shakespeare in Love the award for Best Picture.
