Green Day sucks at life
I don't know why people elevate them to some higher level and act like their albums are destined to be classics

The Observer said "there's more than one of anything"…if there was only one alternate reality he would have said "there are two of everything"
Definitely similar shows. The whole idea about "Soft spots" is also very "Lost"…they've talked about vortices on Lost, like the one in Australia where Rose and Bernard were, and of course everything Ms. Hawking said in the basement of the church.
I also noticed it…and while I have been in buildings without a 13th floor, it's still something that the director seemed to be pointing out to the viewer
The alternate reality
What if in this other reality, where William Bell lives, people live longer, age slower, can still compete in the NBA at the old age of 45? Maybe I'm mistaken because I also didn't pay close enough attention to the show the first time around, but hasn't there been talk of this other reality…
I was pretty sure it said Former Pres Kennedy Jr., but I could be wrong…the Len Bias thing was a total stretch though…had he lived and played in the NBA he'd be 46 years old
The Shorts Episodes
of The Simpsons, are the most clear indication that this show needs to die. In a normal episode they're still recycling a lot of the plots and jokes from the glory days. But in these Shorts Episodes, not only are they recycling jokes, but they're just borrowing plots wholesale from (insert theme…
I'm really looking forward to this movie
But I can't think of any movie, in the history of movies, that has been more geared toward twenty and thirtysomething hipsters than this movie. Eggers, Arcarde Fire, awesome children's book, Spike Jonze
It's really easy to just start hating on everyone involved in Titanic…even Billy Zane…for some reason I don't have Leo though, maybe because he actually grew a pair, or already had a pair, and did some f'ing great movies with Scorsese.
Also Titanic
I actually hate a lot of things…I love a lot of things too though…there's really not a lot of in between. I hate Titanic, I hate almost everyone involved with it. Everything James Cameron did before that is now in question and everything after is met, by me, with hesitation and reservation. I hate that…
I pretty much hate Sheen because of Two and a Half Men. Before that I tolerated him or just didn't care. But after Two and a Half Men, I will never forgive him. I know he didn't create the show and all he's doing is appearing on this megahit piece of crap, but he is the face of that show so that gets him a lifetime…
When I think of Mario Lopez
First I think of the curly perm, then of acid washed jeans, then of his dramatic talking to of Jesse when he finds the caffeine pills in her bag.
Japanime
I just can't stand it. I don't like the way it looks, I don't like all the stupid post-apocalyptic stories, I don't like how the lips don't move, I don't like the second-tier wave of crappy cartoons that are really just excuses to sell shitty roll-playing card games, and I don't like the stupid translated…
Funk is the problem and the solution
One of the rare times when Michael's attempts to sound profound actually do make sense. Then Jim said it didn't make sense…I was kind of hoping he'd admit his error.
Was hoping for a TV Club about the Scrubs finale
Because it was really just incredible. The show was awful last season and has definitely been on the decline but this season was really great and what I hope was the series finale last night was one of the best series finales I've ever seen.
The Incident is the H-bomb
I'm really convinced of it at this point.
This ad is full of advertising buzzwords
I couldn't watch any more, after I'd watched a minute and 15 seconds and realized that it is in fact 3:39 long. Does synergy ever get used in this thing?
The mythology of 24
Are they ever going to go back to that Mandy chick, the lesbian who blew up the plane on day one, episode one, who tried to assassinate Palmer with the old stink palm (er) trick and the one who was doing something else in another season?
That was kind of my thought when i saw the summary for next week. Which them made me sort of feel like last night's episode was anticlimactic. But then again I'm one of those people who doesn't care as much about the mother as I do about charts and interventions and laser tag and what not
It's not so much confidence that it's not Chalke
It's actual fact. Wasn't it pretty much determined in Shelter Island (not the end of season 3 but the middle of season 4) that she wasn't? There was a flash-forward to "the kids" and they were blond and she was their mother and Ted said that's not what happened. So…
