I kept reading further and further down, more and more horrified that no one was mentioning Follies. So it's good that you exist, is what I'm saying here.

Zeke, get a job!

Have you seen her Drunk History episodes? They're things of beauty.

There's the sharp comedy genre, and then within that is the sharp comedy where all the characters are so reprehensible that you feel guilty when you like and/or sympathize with them, which is where this and IASIP fall. Even Blanche (AP) and Charlie (IASIP) have their unforgivable moments and they're amongst the least

It just screams fun!

I said the same thing as I was watching this episode. He's made loyally admiring a jerk best friend into an art form.

It actually took me five days to watch and it was no less funny to me!

Jon Hamm and Christopher Meloni seriously should consider shopping a buddy comedy around.

Meanwhile, as a former musical theater kid, the Susie and Ben story lines are probably my two favorites. I also didn't care much about Andy and Katie till they get wrapped up in the melodramatic, too cruel world of Electro-City.

My school did it like that, but we were ID'd by student number not name. You could still look that up though so it wasn't totally anonymous, just a fuckload of effort that no hungover college student would ever do.

Schmitty!

Me too. Kaitlin Olson referred to the Reynolds twins as the Lannisters of basic cable comedy, after all!

Huffing paint hasn't shown up this season, but we actually saw it last season when The Gang Desperately Tries to Win an Award. Spiders… spiders…

Not everyone throws their parents into a nursing home when they become an adult. Sad throwaway culture we have.

I caught Flight of the Bumblebee in there, too.

I just rewatched the entire series and I found that seasons 6 and 9 really didn't hold up to repeat viewing (with a couple of exceptions, of course), but I had no trouble rewatching the first eight episodes of this season, even though I'd obviously just seen all of them.

The preview for this episode had Charlie saying the animal was probably wolf, but I guess it was edited out of the final episode. Go buy yourself a Coke.

My favorite will always be "Sweet Dee beat the system!"

He wishes.
