I can't link because they seem to have been taken off of nbc.com, but his Lost parody LATE was pretty excellent.  I also think Head Swap is really funny.  He plays silly game show-esque games with audience members and guests that are a lot of fun.  The Roots will sometimes freestyle songs about the audience.
