Exactly. There were answers, they just didn't answer the mysteries serving as the central tenet of the series, which of course they didn't. But if you were paying attention, there was information offered.
You should watch it just to enjoy it and not worry too much about whether or not it's better. But hey, who am I to tell you how to live?

Is there anything other than having a strong jaw that makes him distinct? I feel like any of the other six performers could have played his roles and the show wouldn't be any better or worse for it. I was entirely disappointed with the season. I know these guys are funny but the magic was not there.
I thought the same thing. I think, like most of these things, it's largely subjective, but particularly with a show like Survivor, it just seems totally random which seasons people prefer over others.
