Even though I liked it's final seasons a lot, BSG fits the 'twice as bright, half as long ' phase pretty well.

His scene when he was rowing the canoe singing to himself is what really broke me.
Another great callback - Jon Daly who played the guy stuck in one of the kid's ride in the pilot of this show came back to ask the gang to repair the swing in his garden bringing the show to a full circle.
I will miss this show so much. It was unique in the way that it was optimistic rather than dark or cynical like so many other shows of This Golden era of Television and that made it extra special for me.
Wait Season 7 of Parks deserves to be placed in a category much higher than Community - 4,The Office - 9 or Parks and Recreation - 1
There are so many episodes that could come here The Debate, Moving Up , any of the Ron and Tammy, Greg Pikitis, Telethon,"Andy and April's Fancy Party,Jerry's Painting,Li'l Sebastian,End of the World,Live Ammo etc
Ron drunkingly dancing is the best thing ever.
Also no Ron and Tammy episodes? What the hell? Where else could you get a line like
"It rubbed off… from friction"
Oh Parks you beautiful tropical fish I will miss you in the saddest fashion.
I am just disappointed that Keaton the one person who I really wanted to win lost to zzzzz
Maybe although since I started watching Simpsons (or Breaking Bad) before the AV club it didn't have the same effect on me.
I will agree with you on this- Community's fandom especially on A.V. Club is so annoying claiming at one point that the show is then best thing since sliced bread and then a few episodes later saying that the show has gone downhill. It was something that made me want to stay away from the show for a long time which…
Although if we compare theirs peaks Season 3 of Parks is a little bit better than S2 of Community.
Do we really have to start another Parks and Recreation vs Community fight? Any way Parks was more consistent while Community arguably reached greater highs and lower duds. Both of them were two of the best shows of this decade and kept NBC's Thursday night lineup relevant for a few more years.
The Shield Season 6- The first six episodes dealing with
the fallout of SPOILERS Lem’s death were easily some of the best with
Goggins finding new levels of depth and despair to play for Shane and Chiklis proving once and for all that his performance is one of TV’s all time greats. How the hell did they not win…
I may be the only one who thinks that S3 was also pretty good. It didn't achieve as many highs as S2 and Chang became more of a cartoon but it had Remedial and some other amazing yet underrated episodes .
Garry.
Or hell even Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood?
Or maybe Futurama?
Wait where's Futurama?
You know what ? It's gonna make it's own list with blackjack and hookers. In fact forget the list.
