Aimlessness after college still seems fairly overprivileged and niche to me.  It means you went to college, had a college career that didn't immediately translate to job career/continued studies, and are in a situation where aimlessness is tolerable.

I doubt that. The wooden line readings were intentional, nothing was said in that room that wasn't predetermined. Joffrey may be unpredictable, but this scenario is a win-win for him. He pays his debts to the Tyrells, gets an attractive wife, and still gets to torture his plaything in Sansa.

No. I don't hate any of them. I don't even hate Lena Dunham/Girls. Haven't watched the show or care to. I just don't see how you can claim there was no nepotism in her career.

I mostly want to avoid kicking the hornet's nest that is criticizing Girls, but really? That is exactly how nepotism works. Judd Apatow doesn't watch everything that gets sent to him. HBO isn't picking through piles of festival submissions to find their show creator.
