This is the thing about Jurassic Park that, to me, really encapsulates Spielberg's brilliance. The movie isn't really about dinosaurs, or even chaos theory or any of that other heady nonsense. At its core, the movie is about a man coming to terms with having kids. Even while making a huge ambitious monster movie,

And yet she still voted for him to win. This is great.

I wonder what said strategy would possibly be. Isn't that your classic "slipping through the cracks" scenario?

Wait, what do you mean about the Palin thing?

Honestly, I've never really hopped on the "Redemption Island is horrible" bandwagon. I find the duels interesting enough, and I think if someone can beast it out in the challenges (as Laura M has) they deserve a shot to re-enter the game. At least pre-merge.

I really liked the evil twist last season, when someone (was it Brenda?) chose someone (Dawn?) to go with her, then was given the choice to have both of them sit it out so everyone else could get the reward.

Yeah, fair. Did Ciera think she was tighter with Tyson than Gervase is?

Ha, diarrhea fest! Exactly! Ice cream sounds like the last thing I'd want on the island.

I admit it didn't occur to me at the time how insane it was for Ciera to vote with Hayden, but of course it's a terrible move. I'm pretty impressed with Hayden's performance at Tribal. He made all the right logical moves — throwing the votes toward Monica, especially — and rustled the right emotional feathers. I bet

Oh gosh! Thanks for sharing that here so we know. So sad. Hope they're getting through it okay.

Aw, she's so cute though.

This podcast was really great! Good job, dudes.

It's a game, beeyotch!

But hey, is that book worth reading?

Yeah, but remember when getting on Redemption Island was Ozzie's "strategy"?

Katie is the best. Just the best.
