I would think part of the point of this exercise is to take some of Moore's archetypes (and even stereotypes, in the cases reflecting an eighties gay sensibility) beyond their previous two dimensions. That's what I'm hoping for in the ones I plan to read anyway.

The thing is, as much as the Jack/Liz love is a beautiful thing, Jack is sort of a giant a-hole. Baldwin just makes it sexy.
