    If anything bodes poorly for this, it's the January release date. Studios don't usually reserve that for unusually challenging or uncommercial films- that's late August-October. They reserve it for stuff they wanted to release in the height of summer, but realized would bomb horribly.

    If you can watch the full series, I recommend that you try. It's much more fulfilling that way. Also, for my money, the first season is actually the show's worst overall.

    HDB, "Videotape" suggests suicide, doesn't it? It's a strange song; the narrator seems to suggest that he wants to kill himself so that his life ends on a peak. It's bleak, but exultant.
