Two thumbs up. I liked this episode a lot. Structure? Plot? Who needs them. AHS is an image machine, and on that front it delivered. Puppet Mother/Lover, Jimmy getting Ima from the front and behind. Dell's POV, Elsa's sunglasses, Dr. SuckMeNow, Literal pool of blood. Don't get me started on Dandy's behind…or how

I secretly wished Jimmy would say he couldn't love Dot because he was in love with Bette.

Skipped over. Tra La la La…

Bob was just starting out as a salesman of fine furs. Bob saw Linda for the first time in a flash. She was draped in one of his furs! Was it chinchilla? He knew he had to have her. As a young model, Linda could never afford such a fur. Bob gifted to her that very coat in a grand gesture he couldn't afford. The rest

Anyone else get the vibe that Franco was hanging a lampshade on his bi-sexuality through the troll character?

I think handjive is saying the best of recent memory because he knows they have been average and he views this outing as above average. I agree. Seems like a shake up of this casts formula so far.

Right after Elsa had a post-coital opium puff with Paul, of course.

Who's under the pool?!

Oh, because they never actually got it on? Only in that one fantasy flash? Okay.

Were are Brenda and Billy from Six Feet Under? Legit creep factor.

I'm really enjoying season two's expansion of the world of Bates Motel. The production design is really getting to stretch its legs as we get more locations each episode. The tree house, the boat, and the biologist's office all had fantastic detail.

My favorite Shirley moment is still YNB's line reading of "I farted." in Geography of Global Conflict but this line was definitely the biggest laugh for me in this episode.

I agree with you on the character development and the writing honing in as we are really getting to see the character's unique point of view. One point where this was really clear was when Bill and Libby are talking at home:

"If I can't get secrets out, I'm going to put my secrets in! I have a cat under my bed. I've had it for eight months."
