I disagree. I think De La Rocha is comparable to Chuck D, who are both reductionist with politics when it comes to their music (if Public Enemy are much less self-serious), but actually have extensive political knowledge and are active in that field.

I like Best Coast, and if I see a Best Coast article, I pretty much expect in the comments there to be people insulting the music. If there is anything even barely related to Roman Polanski there will be swathes of threads about him raping a girl.

The second half of that clip is really funny. But so much of the other stuff I've seen is so abysmal, and seems to be trying to offend more than trying to amuse. It's tiresome. The rest is just flat observational comedy, in which he comes off as an unlikeable asshole.
