They both have their own hands, but they come from different moms.

Wow, Kim Novak has Bernard Hermann's BACK.  I hope my coworkers are as loyal concerning a project we worked on 40 years ago.  Instead of just claiming my ideas as their own like they do now.

I thought I remembered that too, but maybe someone just mentioned it in the comments?  I don't remember it from the show…

Oh man, I love that scene as much as any in the movie.
"They shoot porn here!"

(Sticks out hand) Green Quarter!

Exactly as you say, Endless Mike is a more mature antagonist for Big Pete, as opposed to Little Pete's villains, who are all named for their superficial characteristics.
I'm sure this has been discussed in other episodes, but I'm lazy and don't want to look.  I don't recall the show ever explaining his name.  But it

Oh also, I'm almost positive Rick Gomez is the DA on Justified, which I like to imagine is Endless Mike all grown up and pursuing a career in law enforcement.  Like so he has an excuse to torture detained suspects.  His character's occasional acts of kindness on that show weird me out though.

Yeah I'm sure any pizza-themed quips are gonna land like Shredder in that dumpster.
Casey Jones might still make me chuckle though.

For a long while I thought Sam Rockwell was Endless Mike.  Thanks for clearing that up IMDB!
Man, rewatching that movie has been on my to do list forfuckingever. I'm afraid it won't hold up as well as I remember.

Exactly.  Here's there business plan: I, average consumer, after waiting the 4 years it takes for them to release say, Boardwalk Empire Season 1 on dvd, cannot abide waiting an additional 56 days to rent it from Netflix so that I can remember why I wanted to buy it in the first place.
And movies on dvd, well.  I

Yeah every social interaction in high school is basically bait for potential blackmailers or rumor-mongers.

To be fair, I just watched season 3 like a month ago.
I can't decide if Jake and bodyguard showing up again was the show sewing itself shut before cancellation, or a completely cheap use of a recurring character.  Especially since he's all Howard Hughesed.

No no, Jake was originally incensed when he found out she had broken in because there was some patented software crap on the drive.  At least that's how he sold it to Keith.  I mean yes, you're right all the blackmail stuff too.

I dunno, I thought they just stuffed this season way too full of plot.  None of the ideas are bad, it just seemed harder to have an emotional connection to anything that was happening.
That said, I agree that the ending is stupidly pat (not Pat!).  It descends into noir cliches, with Beaver all Mwaha I planned it all!

It comes up at the very end of Season 3 when Jake Kane reappears for some inexplicable reason.  I think.  I just remember it as stolen hard drive with computer money thingy.

So you're saying you'd like to have sex with female "actors"?

Don't forget Kyle = The "Have I Mentioned Jawbreaker in This Article?" One

You don't have to say www.  Why doesn't she just say "http colon forwardslash forwardslash World Wide Web period google period com?"
That would be equally compelling as the acting of noted ER thespian Noah Wyle.

Indeed, as an elitist consumer of the filums, I have a begrudging respect for the dude (except for the video game thing, lets not get into that).  But whenever I see a recent pic I marvel that he's still alive.  Yikes.

Danny Elfman, Danny Elfman, this sounds just like Danny Elfman…
Seriously, I could tell after the first 30 sec of soundtrack.
I really like this soundtrack too.  Really reminiscent of Tales from the Crypt (which makes sense, since he did that too) and he uses this recurring clock-sounding motif.
Crap, now I've got a
